On July 8, Rustavi Azot Indorama hosted the engaging and insightful workshop “Different Worlds – One Team,” led by Georgian lecturer, facilitator, and public speaker Andro Dgebuadze.
During the workshop, participants explored the importance of cultural diversity, different perspectives, and shared values in today’s workplace. Drawing on personal experiences and real-life stories, the speaker shared thought-provoking insights on people, culture, and the modern world, encouraging meaningful discussions and the exchange of ideas.
The workshop format provided participants with the opportunity to engage in open dialogue, share their perspectives, and gain new insights, fostering greater mutual understanding and stronger collaboration.
