According to modern management methods of human resources, company carries out personnel policy according to the internal working regulations, which defines regulation of labor relations, personnel selection, employee training, labor remuneration and their encouragement, labor safety and other issues concerning with human resources management.

Modern method of personnel selection is introduced in the company that means personnel seeking, their assessment and appointment to a vacant position. In personnel selection both internal and external candidates are considered The final assessment of the candidate is based on the required education, job experience and professional knowledge , general and technical skills according to the vacancies.

Social Responsibility

According to the specificity “JSC “Rustavi Azot” activity, the main priority is labor and health safety of employees. For this purpose, production process in the company is implemented in accordance to all regulations and standards. During the process of production labor safety standards are always kept. Also workplace injuries and illness preventive measures are always carried out. To avoid the workplace injuries, employees are trained how to keep labor safety and health standards, and periodically they are examined to control the knowledge in this field. Company also provides health benefits to its employees, by giving additional days of vacation, providing free trips to sanatoriums, good health insurance and other benefits.

To the point of health protection of the employees, JSC “Rustavi Azot” with the insurance company developed health insurance program and ensured each employee and their families, about 5 000 people. Within this project there are medical rooms on the territory of the company, where the workers can get high quality health care services.

Out of Work
