On 11 february, Rustavi Azot Indorama welcomed Tamar Gagoshidze, PhD in Psychology, who delivered a training session for employees on the important topic of effective communication between parents and children.
With many years of experience in child development, neuropsychology, and communication, Dr. Gagoshidze focused on providing practical support to parents, helping them approach conflicts and misunderstandings with greater awareness, and better understand their children’s emotions and needs.
