According to the decision of management of JSC "Rustavi Azot", charity foundation "Tandagoma" has been set up. The main aim of setting up of the foundation is to solve problems of employees related with health and other social issues. Except of the sum which company steadily gave to the employees in case of baby birth, marriage and death of close people, there were lots of statements for financial supporting and so the company decided to set up charitable foundation which would try to solve problems of staff more or less. Staff of JSC "Rustavi Azot" voluntarily involved in activity of the fund. The fund does not work with just donated money by workers. Total funds are doubled by administration in every month. With this sum the foundation manages workers and even their family members' problems. "Tanadgoma" has supervisory board with three people, also the representatives from all workshops of the factory, they introduce the problems of workers to the Board. The report on activity of fund is carried out monthly via internal communication and the web page.
