On  July 27, in the framework  of   three- day field  trip, meetings were held   between  occupational  safety   consulting company  COS  – Concept of Safety   and    representatives of each  workshop of JSC  Rustavi  Azot  and the  initiative group. On the meetings the next year's work plan, concerning the introduction and implementation of labor safety standards,   was determined.

Members of the  initiative  group  were also trained ,the training course combined theoretical and practical elements of successful communication methods of detection and elimination of errors. The one-day training program touched upon the best world practices in the field of employee welfare and its  possible implementation in Georgia.
