According to the decision of management of JSC “Rustavi Azot”, charity foundation “Tandagoma” has been set up.

The main goal of setting up of the foundation is to solve the problems of employees related with health and other social issues. Except of the sum which company steadily gave to the employees in case of baby birth, marriage and death of close people, there were lots of statements for financial supporting and so the company decided to set up charitable foundation which would try to manage problems of staff more or less.
