According to the specificity “JSC “Rustavi Azot” activity, the main priority is labor and health safety of employees. For this purpose, production process in the company is implemented in accordance to all regulations and standards. During the process of production labor safety standards are always kept. Also workplace injuries and illness preventive measures are always carried out. To avoid the workplace injuries, employees are trained how to keep labor safety and health standards, and periodically they are examined to control the knowledge in this field. Company also provides health benefits to its employees, by giving additional days of vacation, providing free trips to sanatoriums, good health insurance and other benefits.

To the point of health protection of the employees, JSC “Rustavi Azot” with the insurance company developed health insurance program and ensured each employee and their families, about 5 000 people.
