From 15 to 17 October 2025, the Rustavi Azot Indorama team had the opportunity to attend a Leadership Training Program led by Mr. Jayaram Philkana, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, and Ms. Snehlata Singh, Global Learning & Development Lead, Indorama Corporation; together with Ms. Nino Beruashvili, Organizational Development Consultant and ICF-PCC Certified Coach.
The program focused on enhancing leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration, and strengthening professional networks — inspiring participants to lead with vision, empathy, and lasting impact.
