The company shall ensure compliance with the relevant environmental legislations and regulations, while striving for improvement in minimizing the environmental impact to a practicable law and prevention of pollution to achieve this company.

The main directions of the policy are:
- Operate and maintain plants efficiently within the provisions of Environmental management system based
on ISO:14001-2015, applicable legal requirements, and international environmental and social safeguard
principles. - Protecting the environment by preventing pollution, conserving resources, and reducing waste and
emissions. - Continually improving our environmental management system and enhancing our environmental performance through measurable objectives and targets.
- Integrating environmental considerations into our decision-making and operational processes.
- Engaging and educating our employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote environmental awareness and responsibility.
- Communicating this policy to all employees and making it available to interested parties.

OH&S Policy
Rustavi Azot JSC, as the leading producer of industrial chemicals and mineral fertilizers in the South Caucasus, is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees, contractors, visitors, and
stakeholders through proactive and responsible occupational health and safety practices.
The Company believes that all personal injuries, occupational illness and incidents are preventable. The Company shall strive to be a leader in the field of management of occupational health and safety.
The company shall ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and regulations. In line with the purpose and context of the organization.
The main directions of the policy are:
- Operating and maintaining facilities and processes in accordance with an Occupational Health & Safety
Management System based on ISO 45001:2018 and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and
international environmental and social safeguard principles. - Preventing work-related injuries and ill health by identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace hazards and ensuring safe work conditions.
- Continuously improving the OH&S management system through the establishment and review of measurable safety objectives and performance targets.
- Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and active participation at all levels of the organization.
- Providing adequate training, resources, and support to enable all personnel to perform their work safely and responsibly.
- To provide system of work that reduces hazards or minimizes consequent risks as far as reasonably practicable through relevant techniques and methods.
- To provide required personal protective equipment (PPE’S), tools and tackles to conduct work in a safe manner and ensure integrity of the assets.
- To carry out periodic audits of work procedures and practices and monitor performance on health and safety matters and providing systems for taking appropriate corrective actions.
- To investigate all incidents and communicating employees of the learning from investigations including learning from incidents in similar industries and take appropriate steps to prevent such occurrences.
- Ensuring consultation and participation of workers and their representatives in all OH&S matters.
- Communicating this policy to all employees and making it available to interested parties.
